Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) has selected EventSphere as its official housing partner for the G.I.R.L 2017/54th National Council Session at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio. The Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau has renewed its relationship with EventSphere, a national meetings and events firm based in Atlanta, to fulfill housing needs for events coming to the city who use “bureau housing” to book hotel rooms. EventSphere has worked with the ACVB for the past four years, booking more than 15 events annually over that time.
Thanks to a partnership between two meeting and technology leaders, meeting planners, especially those who manage smaller meetings, can tap into leading edge mobile-friendly booking for their attendees. The benefit is increased ease of booking and possible increases in participation. It will also help these meeting planners compare rates and services that will result in lower costs and higher profitability.
